JOB SUMMARY
- Oversees all aspects of Bereavement Department Events including program development, camps, school programs, remembrance events, and groups.
- Oversees administrative operations of the Department, including departmental mailings and calls.
- Interfaces directly with bereaved clients via telephone and through external and internal referrals.
- Oversees support and training of administrative staff and volunteers in departmental activities.
- Provides administrative support to the Bereavement Manager.
Hours of operation: 7pm - 7:30am and every other weekend

- Job responsibilities do not include therapeutic counseling for which a license would be required. These include, but are not limited to - psychotherapy and/or cognitive therapies.
Hours of operation: 1 day - 8:30am - 5pm
