Hours of Operation:  Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm   JOB SUMMARY   - Works directly with CEO to coordinate board level meetings, appointments, and secretarial office functions. - Coordinates and works with Facilities Director on unit and office renovations. - Assists QI department with customer service initiatives and service standards orientation and advises CEO on program(s) effectiveness. - Supervises front desk and communication liaison positions. - Anticipate the needs of the COO/President and VP of Admissions/Business Development and can work independently without direction. - Acts as a liaison for the COO/President and VP of Admissions/Business Development to staff, Board of Directors and community in a positive manner. - Instrumental in assisting with special projects throughout the Organization, which enhance customer/patient service, improvements, efficiencies and control costs. - Prepares operational reports as necessary utilizing Excel. - Coordinates and sets up Board meetings, Board subcommittee meetings, Management meetings. Takes minutes at the monthly Board meetings and any other Board level meetings. - Arranges internal and external appointments/meetings and schedules of both COO/President and VP of Admissions/Business Development. - Arranges reservations and registrations for outside conferences. - Makes sure all Direct Reports annual evaluations for both COO/President and VP of Admissions/ Business Development are completed in timely manner. - Assists Quality and Education department and patient family liaison with patient concerns that come directly to COO/President and VP of Admissions/Business Development directly. - Manage staffing at front desks including hiring, annual reviews and counseling as needed.

Hours of operation:  Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm with every other weekend   - The Scheduling Coordinator position is the key position to coordinate staffing and provides timely and appropriate scheduling for safe and effective patient care delivery. - Optimally schedules RNs, CNAs, LPNs, Medical Social Workers, Integrative Therapists and Chaplains to accomplish patient visits in accordance with the patient’s plan of care. - Maintains coordination of the Weekend/Holiday Staff Schedule, the On-Call RN schedule and the daily assignments. - Ensures that communications from patients, physicians and caregivers are relayed to clinicians in a timely manner. - Responsible for assigning and verifying visits for accuracy to facilitate accurate payroll and billing processes. - Demonstrates effective liaison activities and interdepartmental communication and cooperation to support essential departmental activities. - This position will require weekend rotation.
