We are looking to add to our Team an RN Hopice Care Center Manager Nights to lead our West Palm Beach Location. This is a nightshift position to cover the hours of 9pm-7:30am.

Responsibilities

-Serves as a professional leader in assessing, planning, guiding and evaluating patient care.

-Interacts with management, physicians, and field staff utilizing a teamwork approach.

-Assists with training, and evaluation of all team clinical personnel; and maintenance/development of the clinical record.
-Processes all Electronic Medical Record workflow from Admission to Discharge

-Availability: Our hours of operation are: 9pm-7:30am

Qualifications

-Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.

-BSN preferred

-Hospice certification preferred.

-Current Basic Life Support Certification.

-One year of recent hospice, oncology, medical/surgical, or home health, public/health, geriatric care experience preferred.

-Expertise in support skills, palliative care, and educational techniques.

-Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.

-Demonstrates organizational, administrative and personnel management skills.

-Understanding of and ability to apply characteristics of Hospice Nursing: case management, crisis intervention, communication skills, teaching skills, thanatology skills and needs.

-Communicates clearly and effectively in writing and orally.

-Able to work well under stress and deadlines.

-Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
