Pay range:  $83k - $104K based on experience

Responsibilities

Hours of operation:  8:30am - 5pm

  • The Key Account Specialist, is responsible for the development and growth of key professional healthcare referral sources across the TB platform.

Qualifications

 

 

A.     Education/Regulatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Communication or a Healthcare related field. May substitute comparable experience for educational requirement.

B.     Skills:

  • Three to five years experience in Business Development Team, marketing/sales experience required; medical marketing, hospice experience or other healthcare field preferred.
  • Minimum three years experience in Hopisce or relevant field as a marketing representative, including oversight and management of CRM software strongly preferred.
  • Interpersonal relationship skills with demonstrated success building teamwork and collaboration with others.
  • In depth knowledge of selling strategies and methodologies, including employee motivation techniques.
  • Proven track record of cultivating high level community relationships, that translate into driving sales revenue and volume goals.
  • Experienced in designing/implementing sales and marketing plans and determining measurable objectives.
  • Equipped with consultative and negotiation sales skills.
  • Strong knowledge base of healthcare, preferably Hospice service line and market space.
  • Business acumen with demonstrated ability to understand how long-term care, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and medical practice’s function and how to build effective business relationships

 

C.     Professional Requirements:

  • Committed to and uses excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with and relate well to others internal/external to the organization.
  • Requires excellent oral communication, writing skills, organization, leadership, customer service, management, creative and critical thinking, ability to drive sales results.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications, including excel and word.

D.    Language Skills:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
