Pay range:  $24/hr. - $30/hr. based on experience

Responsibilities

 

  • Review revocations, no longer terminal, non-admit and pending referrals to capture new admissions to hospice services.
  • To provide customer service, education, and support to patients/families in need of hospice support.

 

Qualifications

 

A.     Education/Regulatory Requirements:

  • Associates  or Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-3 years of Medical Marketing/Sale experience, preferably in a Hospice or Home Care environment.

B.     Skills:

  • Knowledge of Medicare, HCFA and state regulations.
  • Organized, flexible, self motivated with ability to relate to all levels of the professional medical team.
  • Works well with supervision and staff as a team player.

C.     Professional Requirements:

o    Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
