Pay range:  $15/hr. - $16/hr based on experience

Hours of Operation:  Monday - Friday position 3:00pm until 11:30pm

 

JOB SUMMARY

 

The Administrative Support is responsible for the overall coordination of the clerical operations for the Care Group Team.  Performs complex and diversified projects in support of the activities for the assigned areas.

 

Qualifications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Education/Regulatory Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. Skills:
    • One year experience working in business office and/or hospital unit, preferable.
    • Mastery of essential office skills, superior organization, and effective communicator.
    • Sensitive, compassionate, caring, efficient, self motivated, proactive, and flexible.
    • Must have basic computer skills, including word processing and data entry - excel spreadsheet experience a plus.
  3. Professional Requirements:
    • Impeccable customer service skills and excellent phone etiquette.
