Hours of operation:  8:30am - 5:00pm

JOB SUMMARY

• Collaborates in the execution of the Corporate QAPI Plan by extracting, analyzing, and reporting data on key performance indicators.
• Performs analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data.
• Collaborates with the Operational Excellence department to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicates findings with stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Uses data to make recommendations on solving problems.

1. Education/Regulatory Requirements:
   • Bachelor's Degree preferred
   • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or certification as Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
2. Skills:
   • Three years experience in data analytics required
   • Three years in healthcare quality preferred; experience in home health and/or hospice is preferred.
   • Competence with Microsoft Office is required; experience in project management preferred.
3. Professional Requirements:
   • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
