Pay range:  $16/hr. - $20/hr. based on experience

Responsibilities

 

Hours of operation:  Monday-Friday, 11am-7:30pm

 

JOB SUMMARY

 

  • The position facilitates the conversion of referrals to admissions through the completion of the intake process and the use of effective phone and customer service skills.

Qualifications

  1. Education/Regulatory Requirements:
    • Associates degree preferred.
  2. Skills:
    • Must have 3 years’ experience in healthcare administrative or customer service industry.
    • Knowledge of hospice and home health programs is desirable.
    • Ability to develop hospice clinical knowledge base.
    • Computer literate.
    • Ability to develop and apply effective customer service skills..
  3. Professional Requirements:
    • Organized, flexible, self-motivated with the ability to communicate with all levels of the medical team.
    • Effective oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to establish effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
  4. Language Skills:
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
