Pay range: $19/hr. - $24/hr.

Hours of operation:  8:30am - 5pm with some evening/weekend events

JOB SUMMARY

• Oversees all aspects of Bereavement Department Events including program development, camps, school programs, remembrance events, and groups.
• Oversees administrative operations of the Department, including departmental mailings and calls.
• Interfaces directly with bereaved clients via telephone and through external and internal referrals.
• Oversees support and training of administrative staff and volunteers in departmental activities.
• Provides administrative support to the Bereavement Manager.

1. Education/Regulatory Requirements:
   • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications or related field required.
2. Skills:
   • A minimum of 2 years of previous related experience. 
   • Supervisory experience preferred.
   • Specific experience in coordinating events and programs, and office administration.
   • Competence with the technical components necessary to complete the job.
   • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
